Love Splash

               Love cannot only be shown to our parents but also to people who gives us inspiration. You should love a person unconditionally and not forgetting that you should leave something for yourself.

               When I woke up in the morning last New Year , there was a strange sound that called my attention. It was my cousins asking if I wanted to go swimming in Cabugao. At first I didn’t want to go but then I realize that I will be left at home alone. They said that my special friend will not go so I decided to come with them but when I was staring at the tree he was there. And I was shocked. I started to look at him and I’m making sure that no one will notice. Even though there’s no time for us to be together at the beach at least I can say that I can’t explain how happy I was on that day.

               I love him more that anything else in this world. My lovefor him is immeasurable.

Ilocos Sur National High School

The Ilocos Sur National High School continues to realize the vision of enhancing quality education for the good of the studentry and our country.  This firm determination vivified with its awareness that ISNHS is a Regional Leader School and Divisional Leader School, being the training center during the Secondary Education Development Program (SEDP) for Filipino and English teachers in Region I and other trainings in Science and Mathematics in previous school years.

This institution, which was adjudged as the Most Effective Public Secondary School in Region I in 1993 is living up to its rightful place in history as a citadel of education by serving as venue for seminar-workshops, conferences, civil service examinations like the Career Service Examination (Professional/Sub-Professional levels) as well as for the athletic and academic competitions.  It is also one of the few secondary schools, which implements three curricula the Revised Basic Education Curriculum (RBEC), the Engineering and Science Education Program (ESEP) where there are two Special Science Classes in every year level and the Balik-Paaralan Para Sa Out-Of-School Adult (BP-OSA) Alternative Learning System (ALS) Program. It is worth mentioning that the Ilocos Sur National High School is one of the 4 other secondary schools in Region I chosen to implement the program.  It is now its 9^th year of implementation and has produced successful graduates who have put up their livelihood projects to improve their quality of life.  Others have gone abroad and some have found employment in public and private establishments.
